Upon arrival, please proceed to the National car rental counter. From the baggage claim area, go through customs and go to your right, exit terminal. From the exit, go left towards the bridge pathway and you will find the car rental counter. Please proceed to the rental counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.

All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements.
Additional drivers must appear at the rental counter with the primary renter.

After hours service is available at all city locations. Customers must pre-arrange pick up and return by booking at least 24 hrs in advance. All after hours returns must be confirmed at the rental counter at the time of pick up.
The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 and maximum age is 80.
There are no additional fees for drivers under the age of 25.
A customer can rent a vehicle with a chauffeur between the ages of 18 - 20
If renting at a Cebu location, cars are to remain in Cebu.
If renting at a Manila location, cars are to remain in Manila.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW):
In the event of an auto-to-auto accident, only pay up to Php 25,000.00 regardless of the total vehicle damage: Php 25,000.00 Deductible: Covered:
Damaged Rim(s) and/or Tire(s) as a Direct Result of an Accident; This does not apply to tire damage/wear under normal driving conditions.
Damaged Windshield/Windows, Dents, Scratches, etc; Due to accidents or vandalism when the vehicle was unattended
Theft of the Vehicle; Only covered if the Renter provides the original/issued key and vehicle tag
Not Covered:
Undercarriage Damages, Lost/Stolen/Missing Keys, Fuel, Missing Parts, Loss of Personal Property, Damage or Loss Caused Intentionally or as a Result of
Negligence, Damage or Loss Caused While Driving Off-Road.
All one way rentals must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel.
Option 1 - Prepay Fuel
This option allows the renter to pay for the full tank of gas at the time of rental and return the tank empty. No refunds will be issued for unused gas. Pre-paid gas is available at the same local fuel prices.
Option 2 - We Refill
This option allows the renter to pay at the end of the rental for gas used but not replaced. Price per gallon will be higher than local fuel prices. A 50% surcharge will apply.
Option 3 - You Refill
This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas to avoid extra fuel charges.
National Protection Package (NPP) is a package product which includes Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Zero Deductible Protection (ZDP), Theft Protection (TP), Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) and Personal Effects Coverage (PEC) at a discounted price. National Protection Package (NPP) is not insurance. If you purchase NPP, the rental company contractually waives your responsibility for the cost of damage to, loss or theft of the vehicle, including the tires, rims and windshield, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate the coverage as described in the rental agreement.

Personal Accident Insurance – PAI - The purchase of Personal Accident Insurance is optional and not required to rent a vehicle.
Personal Accident Insurance covers ambulance service, doctors, hospitalization and nurses for each passenger in the vehicle, with a maximum limit of 3,000.00 USD (150,000.00 PHP) for each passenger in the vehicle including the driver, up to the maximum passenger allowed in the vehicle. Coverage also includes Accidental Death coverage with a maximum limit of 25,000.00 USD (1,000,000.00 PHP). PAI is included in the National Protection Package (NPP).
Personal Effects Coverage - PEC - is optional and not required to rent a car. PEC is offered at the time of rental for an additional daily charge. If accepted, the PEC insures the personal items of the renter against risk of loss or damage. PEC is included in the National Protection Package (NPP).
Personal Effects coverage provides a limit up to 2000.00 USD (100,000.00 PHP)
A passport in addition to a credit card, with available credit and in the renter's name, must be presented. The signature on the back must match the name imprinted on the card. In addition, if the renter has an online transaction, the number and name printed on the card must match the name and number stored for the online transaction.
Credit Cards honored: American Express®, MasterCard®, VISA®
All rental charges will be place on the customer's credit card and will be taken at the time of pickup. If a customer selects to self-drive in place of the chauffeur option, a sale amount of the total cost of the rental plus an additional 50 percent will be taken at the time of pickup.
Debit/Check cards are accepted at the locations. Debit/Check cards are considered to be any non-credit card with the American Express®, MasterCard®, VISA® logo.
Cash is only accepted at this location as a form of final payment.
Drivers must meet the location's minimum age requirement.
A valid driver's license from the customer's country of residence is required and must be presented at the time of rental.
A major credit card in the renter's name must be provided at the time of rental.
International drivers must provide a valid license from their country of residence. In addition to the driver’s license, if the characters are not in English or Latin characters, an international drivers permit is recommended. If the driver’s license is in characters other than Latin, an International permit is required or a Notarized English Translation is accepted.
Third Party Liability - TPL - Third Party Liability is not insurance. TPL covers damages and injuries to third parties under the local rental car company's insurance. TPL also provides the renter with liability coverage for all accident-related expenses not pertaining to passengers of the third-party vehicle and for damages to third party vehicles, up to the policy limits, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate TPL. TPL is included in the National Protection Package (NPP).
The Third Party Liability – TPL - limits is at 100,000.00 PHP per occurrence or aggregate which covers bodily injury/property and damage at a combined single limit of 100,000.00 PHP to the third party claimant.
