National Aruba stands behind the Complete Clean Pledge. Today and every day, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in the industry.
Our employees have participated in a formal training process to conform and implement new and comprehensive protocols that include rigorous cleaning of vehicles, shuttles, and branch locations, as well as social distancing practices.

High-touch areas of our vehicles, branches, and shuttles are cleaned and sanitized using a disinfectant frequently between trips and throughout the day. This includes particular attention to more than 20-plus high-touch points inside our vehicles, countertops, phones, tablet devices, payment devices, door handles, among other high-touch areas in our locations, and baggage racks, door handles, and seat backs in our shuttles. All surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized following guidance from leading health authorities and in partnership with the travel industry.

Our locations have also been updated with new protective shields and signage to promote social distancing and guide customers through the rental process.
