Minimum age to rent a vehicle is 23 and no maximum rental age.

Drivers between the ages of 23 and 24 will incur an additional daily fee.

Driving restricted within the country of Curacao only.

Delivery and Collection not available. Customer can pre-arrange pick-up and drop off of vehicle in advance and is only available for rentals of 3 days or longer at free of charge.

Pick-up - drop off to hotel, must document in the remarks field of the reservation, the pick-up/drop off site including hotel name. Customer may also contact the main office directly at 5999-869-4433 upon arrival

All one way rentals must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. One way reservations are allowed at all locations without additional fees.

Collision Damage Waiver-Theft Protection (CDW-TP) is not insurance. The purchase of CDW-TP is optional and not required in order to rent a vehicle. If you purchase CDW-TP, we agree, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate CDW-TP, to contractually waiver your responsibility for the cost of damage to or theft of the vehicle, after the $500 USD deductible. CDW-TP does not cover damage to tires. If CDW-TP is declined, the renter is responsible for the full cost of damage to or the value of the vehicle.

Please be aware that most auto insurance polices from outside Curacao do not provide coverage in Curacao. Employees of the local rental car company are not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the customer's personal auto insurance coverage. The customer should contact their insurance company in advance of the pickup date for the rental with any questions regarding their specific coverage.

As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel.
Option 1- We Refill
This option allows the renter to pay National at the end of the rental for gas used but not replaced. Price per gallon will be higher than local fuel prices. A 60% surcharge will apply.
Option 2- You Refill
This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas to avoid extra fuel charges.

National Protection Package (NPP) is a package product which includes Collision Damage Waiver-Theft Protection (CDW-TP) and Deductible Protection (DP) at a discounted price. National Protection Package (NPP) is not insurance. If you purchase NPP, the rental company contractually waives your responsibility for the cost of damage to, loss or theft of the vehicle, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate the coverage as described in the rental agreement. NPP Does not cover damage to tires.
No deductible applies.

Customer must present a credit card, with available credit and in the renter's name, must be presented. The signature on the back must match the name imprinted on the card. In addition, if the renter has an online transaction, the number and name printed on the card presented by renter must match the name and number stored for the online transaction.

Credit Cards honored: American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Discover.

An authorization on the credit card in the amount of $500.00 USD will be taken at the time of rental. This authorization amount may be used toward damages of vehicles or late charges. If the Theft Protection and Damage Waiver are not purchased, an additional authorization fee of $1,000 USD will be taken on the renters credit card.

Debit/check cards are considered to be any non-credit card American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Diners Club, Discover logo. Debit/Check cards are not accepted at this location.

Cash is not accepted at this location.

Must meet the location's minimum age requirements.

Present a valid driver's license from the customer's country of origin.

Present a major credit card in renter's name at the time of rental.

International drivers must provide a valid license from their country of residence. In addition to the drivers license, if the characters are not English or Latin, an international drivers permit is recommended. If the drivers license is in characters other than Latin, an international permit is required or a Notarized English translations is accepted.

Roadside Plus (RSP) If selected and paid for at the time of rental, the owner will provide 24/7 roadside assistance without additional charges.

RSP includes towing (not related to an accident), flat tire service (if no inflated spare is available, vehicle will be towed). Jump starts and fuel delivery service for up to 5 liters (or equivalent gallons) of fuel is also provided. Tire damage beyond repair as a result of driver neglect is the responsibility of the renter.
