The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 and the maximum rental age is 70 years. Drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 will incur an additional daily fee of 10.00 USD per day.

Customer must pre-arrange delivery or collection of vehicle in advance. Delivery and collection is available at a cost of 25.00 USD within the parish of St. George and St. Davids during general working hours.                                                  

One-way rentals are not permitted at this time.

Collision Damage Waiver with Theft Protection - CDW-TP - is not insurance. The purchase of CDW-TP is optional and not required in order to rent a vehicle. You can purchase optional CDW-TP for an additional cost. If you purchase CDW-TP, the rental company contractually waives your responsibility for the cost of damage, theft and the loss of the vehicle after the deductible, unless you invalidate the coverage as provided in the rental agreement. A deductible of up to 2,500.00 USD will apply, depending on the size of vehicle. CDW-TP does not cover any damage to the tires of the rented vehicle. If CDW-TP is declined, the renter is responsible for the full value of damage to or loss of the vehicle. Please be aware that most auto insurance policies from outside Grenada do not provide coverage in Grenada. Employees of the local rental car company are not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the customers personal auto insurance   coverage. The customer should contact their insurance company in advance of the pickup date for the rental with any questions regarding their specific coverage. The cost of CDW-TP is as follows - 16.00 USD per day for Economy, Compact, Intermediate, and Compact SUV. 17.50 USD per day for Intermediate SUV and Standard SUV. 20.00 USD per day for Minivan and Fullsize SUV. The deductibles are as follows - 2000.00 USD for Economy and Compact SUV. 2200.00 USD for Compact and Intermediate. 2500.00 USD for Intermediate SUV, Standard SUV, Minivan, and Fullsize SUV.                                

As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel. Option 1 - we refill. This option allows the renter to pay National at the end of the rental for gas used but not replace. Price per gallon will be higher than local fuel prices. A 50 percent surcharge will apply. Option 2 - you refill. This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas to avoid extra fuel charges. Option 3 - prepay fuel. This option allows the renter to pay for the full tank of gas at the time of rental and return the tank empty. No refunds will be issued for unused gas. Pre-paid gas is available at 5 percent less than the local fuel prices.                                        

A passport in addition to a credit card, with available credit and in the renters name, must be presented. The signature on the back must match the name imprinted on the card. In addition, if the renter has an online transaction, the number and name printed on the card presented by renter must match the name and number stored for the online transaction. Credit cards honored are Mastercard and Visa. An authorization on the credit card in the amount of 1000.00 USD plus the cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. This authorization amount may be used toward damages of vehicles or late charges. Debit and or check cards are not accepted at the locations. Debit and or check cards are considered to be any non-credit card. Cash is not accepted at this location.                                       

All drivers must meet the locations minimum age requirements. Renters must present a major credit card in renters name at the time of rental. All drivers must present a valid driver’s license from country of origin. Driving licenses not written in Roman script must be supplemented with an International driver’s license/permit. Additionally, all visiting drivers (other than those who possess a driver's license from the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States) are required to purchase a local visitor driving permit. The visitor driving permit may be purchased as needed at the rental counter for an estimated cost of $25.99. The cost of the visitor driving permit is NOT included in the displayed rental rates and will be in addition to the rate charged for vehicle rental as needed. Each permit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

At airport locations - the renter and any additional drivers, including spouse or domestic partner, must be present and have a valid drivers license and must qualify to rent a vehicle.

Roadside plus - RSP - if selected and paid for at the time of rental, owner offers roadside plus, which provides 24-7 roadside assistance without additional charge. RSP includes emergency recovery service if the vehicle is immobilized as a result of an accident, general breakdown, flat tire service if no inflated spare is available, vehicle will be towed, lockout service if keys are locked inside the vehicle, jumpstarts, and fuel delivery service limited supply to help reach nearest gas station. Tire damaged beyond repair as a result of driver neglect is the responsibility of the renter. Loss of key and or remote key entry devices are the responsibility of the renter. The cost of RSP is 5.25 USD per day.                                     

Third party liability - TPL - is not insurance. If you purchase TPL, the local car rental company will provide third party liability protection up to the limits listed in the rental agreement for third party property damage, third party death or bodily injury for the renter and any authorized driver of the rented vehicle, unless you invalidate the coverage as provided in the rental agreement. A deductible of 1,000.00 USD applies. If TPL is declined, the renter is responsible for the full value of any third party property damage, death or bodily injury claims, or any other charges or costs in respect to claims arising out of the event. Please be aware that most auto insurance policies from outside Grenada do not provide coverage in Grenada. Employees of the local rental car company are not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the customers personal auto insurance coverage. The customer should contact their insurance company in advance of the pickup date for the rental with any questions regarding their specific coverage. The cost of TPL is 12.50 USD per day.
