Outside of normal branch business hours (8am-8pm Mon-Fri, 10am-2pm Sat and 10am-8pm Sun) this station is unmanned, and for after hours reservations it is vital that your rental agreement is signed, and all payment authorisations are completed prior to your arrival. Therefore, please complete the check-in process via the link you will receive in your pre-check-in email 48 hours prior to pick-up. All information is required including full name, home address, phone number, email address, driving licence information and credit card details. Please note, for rentals outside normal business hours, your booking is not confirmed unless all of the above requirements have been met and you have received the final signed rental agreement by email.
For after hours reservations, you will receive a link from our vendor partner Sharebox which will prompt you for driving licence information, including a picture of the front and back of the driving licence document. Once submitted, you will receive a location ID to retrieve your rental keys.
Arrival:
Once in the arrivals hall, you will find our rental office located to the left next to baggage claim.
You will find our office at the end. Walk past our office to the lounge area and our key box is attached to the wall.
Please follow the instructions emailed prior to arrival or those stated on the key box to get your key.
WiFi/data is needed to access the rental key for after hours reservations. If you cannot access WiFi/data, have any issues or need assistance, please contact our 24-hour helpline for assistance.
When you have collected your key, proceed by walking to the exit.
Once outside, turn right and go to the end of the terminal building, cross the road and the rental car park P10 will be on your right.
Your vehicle will be parked at a branded Alamo/Enterprise/National stall.
Your vehicle has been checked for damage and if there is any, it will be marked on the rental agreement that you will receive via email. Please take time to walk around your vehicle before leaving the car park. If you notice any new damage, take a picture/video with the time/date and contact our branch as soon as possible during business hours to inform us of the new damage.
To exit the parking area, follow the signs for 'Exit'
Return:
Follow the signs to P10. Entering the parking area, park your vehicle at an available stall marked Alamo/Enterprise/National. If the car park is full, please park your vehicle in the gravel area next to our parking area.
To drop off your key, please use our drop box in the terminal building. Once inside the terminal building, turn left and our office will be at the end. Walk past our office to the lounge area and our key box is attached to the wall.
Follow the instructions on the display and enter the plate number on the key tag (i.e. UF12345) and your phone number. A slot will open, place the key inside and close the slot firmly. If you have any issues or need assistance, please contact our 24-hour helpline for assistance.
The final invoice will be sent to your email within 72 hours.
Important information: We provide 24/7 returns for travellers' convenience. Please note that, outside of business hours, depositing the keys in the drop box does not constitute the end of the rental. You remain liable for any damage until an Alamo/National/Enterprise employee takes possession of the vehicle and keys when the rental branch opens the following working day.
